Same knee-high fit, different fabric and different squeeze. What decides it is why you are reaching for them.

Everyday

15–20 mmHg

Pressure

Moderate

Feels like

A steady hug. You notice it for a minute, then you forget it.

Best for

First-timers, everyday comfort, desk days, flights, mild end-of-day swelling, pregnancy comfort, tired legs.

Material

Bamboo blend. Soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking — the fabric we reach for on everyday wear.

20–30 mmHg

Pressure

Firm

Feels like

Unmistakably snug at the ankle. Supportive rather than gentle.

Best for

Double shifts, chronic leg swelling, varicose veins, severe venous insufficiency, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prevention, recovery, and anyone whose clinician named this level.

Material

Nylon. As much as we love bamboo, holding a firm 20–30 gradient all day takes a stronger fibre, so this level is knit in nylon.

Graduated compression: pressure is firmest at the ankle and eases up the leg

Firmest at the ankle, easing up the leg

How it works

tightest at theankle

Gravity pulls blood down and it pools in your lower legs. Graduated compression puts the firmest pressure at the ankle and eases as it climbs, so the squeeze works with your veins to push blood back toward your heart instead of letting it sit.

Fit matters more here

measure yourcalf

At either level, the wrong size stops working. Too big and you lose the pressure gradient. Too small and it digs in and cuts off the top of your calf — and the firmer the compression, the more the fit matters.

1

Measure first thing in the morning, before any swelling sets in.

2

Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your calf, snug but not pulling.

3

Note your shoe size too. Both numbers together pick your size.

4

Between sizes? Size down for more compression, up for less. If your calf is at the top of the range, go Wide-Calf.
