Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Welcome to Vix Socks! We strive to ensure your shopping experience with us is smooth and satisfying. Please find our shipping, returns, and refunds policies below.

Shipping

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $7.99
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.

International Shipping:

• Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package.


Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns.


Return Policy:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How to Return:

1. Email our customer service team at support@vixsocks.com to initiate a return.
2. Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
3. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Pack the items securely and attach the return label to your package.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund.


Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.


Partial Refunds:

• Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with signs of use or damage.


Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vixsocks.com.
