How pre-orders work
Vix runs limited drops, and some designs are available for pre-order before they arrive in stock.
- Estimated shipment dates are listed on the product page for each pre-order, and vary depending on the drop.
- You're charged in full at the time you place a pre-order — not when it ships.
- You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it's fulfilled for a full refund, using your customer portal.
Once a pre-order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email just like a regular order.
