Exchanging for a different design
We're not currently able to offer design or color exchanges (swapping a pair you've opened for a different pattern). As a small brand, we already absorb the cost of shipping and processing size exchanges, and aren't in a position to extend that to design swaps as well.
If a design or color isn't working out for you, your best option is to start a return for the unopened, unused pair(s) and place a new order for the design you'd like instead.
Because of this, we recommend only opening and trying on one size at a time. Since we can only resell items that come back to us unopened, in original packaging, opening multiple pairs to "test" sizes or designs means those pairs generally won't qualify for return.
