Refund process & timelines
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- You'll get an email notification once your refund is processed.
- Items returned with signs of use or damage may receive a partial refund.
Haven't received your refund?
- Check your bank account again — processing can take a few days.
- Contact your credit card company — it can take time for a refund to post officially.
